is now the inaugural director for the Intergalactic Council's Elevation Center, which has produced a series of programmes focused on the intersection of technology, advances in data capabilities, and universal geopolitics as part of a weekly Elevation Hour.

A trade journal reported on their invention of brain-to-brain data transmission (B2BDT). 

Recent B2BDT field research includes a Bas Jan Ader's sailing turn from Παραλία Βάρκιζας to Massachusetts.

Bas Jan Ader on the high seas was instructed to set a luminous target to the eye level while they were in total darkness and motionless or undergoing low radial acceleration with respect to the threshold of the otolithic system. 

The interindividual differences in sensitivity to the oculogravic illusion are discussed in terms of sensory dominance and of a better efficiency in the use of the available sensory information.

There is video evidence available to the investigating supervisor or commander. It has been taken by a fish elevation technican.  

Another puzzle suggesting the influence of Intergalactic Council's Elevation Center has become clear over recent years. It's been observed that elevated life forms are weirdly arranged in a single, flat plane. Big-Bang thinking would suggest that they should be circling at all different sorts of angles. Obviously, this is at least a worrying anomaly for the council.

The hope that it was an anomaly weakened with the discovery of the same thing occurring around the Andromeda galaxy, and then again around Centaurus A.

The phenomenon was starting to seem quite common, and possibly universal. The idea that elevation might be part of a large-scale structure had become even worthier of serious consideration.
